SHOULD LIFE GO ACCORDING TO PLAN
A plan is something that is in your mind. But you can only work with what is in your hands. How much time you dedicate to planning and how much time for work is something each individual has to decide depending upon the nature of his life. If you are part of the planning commission, you are only planning – that’s your job. Executing it is someone else’s job. Whatever the nature of your work, the nature of life is such that you can only eat now, you can only breathe now, you can only live now. Planning too, you can only do now. You can plan about tomorrow but you cannot plan tomorrow.
Don't plan your life away
A plan is just an idea, and all our plans come from what we already know. Our plan is an improved version of the past. A plan is like us taking a piece of the past and applying make-up on it. This is a very poor way to live. Yes, we need to have a plan, but if your life goes according to your plan, it means you have lived a very poor life. Your life should happen in a way that you could not imagine.
The possibility of life is so vast that no one can ever plan to that extent. Keep a plan as a fallback, but let life happen. Explore the possibilities of life as it is now. You never know what will open up. Something that has never happened till now to any human being may happen to you. But if your life goes according to your plan, only the same nonsense that has happened in this world till now will happen to you. Nothing new will ever happen to you because a plan comes from what you already know, from the information and experience of the past.
You must know to what extent to plan. If you don’t have a plan at all, you may not know what to do tomorrow. It is a certain balance and wisdom about life as to what to plan and what to live by abandon. For most people their plan is not coming from some great vision. Their plan is essentially coming out of your fear of not being able to face the unexpected. The only misery that human beings have is that their life is not happening the way they think it should happen. In the morning, you wanted your coffee but the coffee didn’t happen, so you are miserable. But a glorious sunrise is happening, and you are missing it. Just that one stupid plan that you have is not happening, but something much bigger is happening.
In this cosmic scape and in the dance of life that is happening around you, your plan is such a small thing. Don’t give so much importance to your plan. Yes, you need a plan to know what to do tomorrow morning but don’t ever expect your life to go by the plan. Above all, always dream that your life will happen way beyond your plan, your imagination, and all your expectations.

CONSCIOUSNESS
The nature of English language is that it is very good for describing and defining external things, but is very limited when it comes to internal dimensions of many aspects of who we are.
Consciousness does not mean becoming self-conscious. Being conscious just means that you are in touch with the root of who you are. What you call as consciousness is not an act, an idea or even a quality – it is the very basis of creation. What we are calling consciousness is the basis of your life and your existence.
Consciousness is not a bunch of thoughts or a certain level of understanding, it is a boundless dimension.
All of us are conscious, the question is only of degree. Even a rock, a dog and a pig are conscious. The question is only how conscious they are. Even among us, how conscious we are is different from person to person. This degree of consciousness determines everything.
Essentially, we do not raise consciousness. We raise your experience so that you become more conscious. All of us are conscious to some extent. The question is to what degree you are conscious. You do not have to raise your consciousness – you have to raise yourself to find access to it and experience it. Consciousness is there all the time. If it was not, you would not be able to convert your breath and your food into life. You are alive – that means you are conscious. But so far, you only have minimal access. As your access improves, your sense of boundary expands. If you become identified with consciousness, you will experience everyone as yourself.
Instead of talking about it and intellectualizing it, we are looking at how to raise your experience from the physical aspect of who you are to a dimension beyond the physical.
When we raise human beings to become conscious, there is no question of evil and corruption rampaging our society. Consciousness in this context has nothing to do with your physical existence, it is beyound what your natural intelligence and intellect can accumulate. It is your state of being.

RELIGION A THREAT TO HUMANITY
Yes, religion is the biggest threat to human kind. It is, to say the least, the biggest threat to freedom.
Religion, historically, never was a genuine help to people, it has always served the purpose of the few who need to control society. It’s an instrument of control, manipulation and alienation.
Why? Why is it such a thing?
Because religion’s most basic principal is faith - faith is what makes people accept things without requiring explanation. Faith, as opposed to skepticism, is what allows people to kill without questioning, accept being enslaved without questioning why, etc.
Religious leaders know that - and they try hard to demonize skepticism in all ways possible. First, they try to look like they are only suggesting, then, as they grow in power, they demonize skeptical people and transform them into daemons. The notion of daemon itself arose this way - faithless people are evil, to many religions.
All the worst things that ever happened to human kind, slavery, alienation, racism, wars, all of them have always been backed by religion. Doing so on a skeptical society could happen to be impossible, as in practice it would be a society much harder to manipulate and control by political leaders.
A world where religion rules already existed, in the middle ages, and it was the worst world human kind ever saw so far, known as dark ages. Should I remind you about crusades, inquisition, America being colonized?
Religion is a threat to human kind because it’s possible it won’t be stopped in time. They control the majority of human kind today and the chances are they will demonize the rest and take control over the world completely. Few resistance points exist today in the world.
If this happens, human kind might forever be dominated by slavery and thought prisons, where you cannot think anything that goes against what leaders decide. It’s a future I don’t want to see, and I get depressed just to think about it.
However, as most people don’t want to see the truth, and as they want comfort instead, majority of people will probably hate this answer and live on denial. This answer, though, is nothing but the truth, the uncomfortable and painful truth.
If i should delve into the core, i mean the very true purpose of religion which later was turned as a tool of slavery, then we will establish that religion was created to preserve social order. M.O.U Activist; establishes that religion is not a philosophical enterprise, it has nothing to do the mind. Religion has no problem to be solved. It is not a question of thinking, it is a question of living. It's a question of going deeper into your being. It is not question of intellectual thought process, rather existential deepening into your own self. Religion has no question marks as philosophy has. Philosophy is a question, religion is a quest.
Thousands of men established religions on the basis of their quest towards supernatural life, because man naturally have an appetite for supernatural. Religion should be an individual affairs not an organized process.
The purpose of religion is to preserve social order and almost all religion agreed to a certain codes of conducts, like charity, righteousness, faithfullness and faith etc.

HOW DO YOU DEVELOPE A STRATEGIC MINDSET
Learn how to think about the big picture - identifying opportunities and threats, and planing for the future are crucial for developing strategies that work.
Ask strategic questions. What are our goals? Who are our customers and competitors? What are the biggest challenges and opportunities we face? Asking these types of questions will help you to think more strategically about your work and your organization.
Think long-term. Don't just focus on the immediate problems and tasks at hand. Think about your goals for the next year, five years, and even ten years. What steps do you need to take to achieve those goals?
Be open-minded and creative. Don't be afraid to think outside the box and come up with new ideas. Be willing to challenge the status quo and try new things.
Be willing to take risks. Strategic thinking often involves taking calculated risks. Don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and try new things.
Learn from your mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. But the important thing is to learn from them and move on. Don't let your mistakes discourage you from thinking strategically.
How can you enhance your strategic thinking skills?
Here are some tips that can help:
Read books and articles on strategic thinking. There are many great resources available to help you learn more about strategic thinking.
Take a course on strategic thinking. Many colleges and universities offer courses on strategic thinking. You can also find online courses and tutorials.
Find a mentor. Find someone who has a strong strategic mindset and who can help you to develop your own skills.
Join a professional organization. Many professional organizations offer networking opportunities and training programs on strategic thinking.
Apply your strategic thinking skills to
your work. Don't wait until you are in a senior leadership position to start thinking strategically. Look for opportunities to apply your skills to your current work.
Mind you that developing a strategic mindset takes time and effort. It is worth the effort as it will give you a valuable skill that can help you succeed in your career and in your personal life.
Best wishes

EVERYBODY IS AFRAID OF DEATH
Everybody is afraid of death for the simple reason that we have not tasted of life yet.
The man who knows what life is, is never afraid of death; he welcomes death. Whenever death comes he hugs death, he embraces death, he welcomes death, he receives death as a guest. To the man who has not known what life is, death is an enemy; and to the man who knows what life is, death is the ultimate crescendo of life. “But everybody is afraid of death; that too is contagious.
Your parents are afraid of death, your neighbors are afraid of death. Small children start getting infected by this constant fear all around. Everybody is afraid of death. People don’t even want to talk about death. “There have been only two taboos in the world: sex and death.
It is very strange why sex and death have been the two taboos not to be talked about, to be avoided. They are deeply connected. Sex represents life because all life arises out of sex, and death represents the end. And both have been taboo – don’t talk about sex and don’t talk about death.”

DEATH THE MOST MISUNDERSTOOD PHENOMENON
“Death is the most misunderstood phenomenon. People have thought of death as the end of life. That is the first, basic misunderstanding.
“Death is not the end, but the beginning of a new life. Yes, it is an end of something that is already dead. It is also a crescendo of what we call life, although very few know what life is. They live, but they live in such ignorance that they never encounter their own life. And it is impossible for these people to know their own death, because death is the ultimate experience of this life, and the beginning experience of another. Death is the door between two lives; one is left behind, one is waiting ahead.
“There is nothing ugly about death; but man, out of his fear, has made even the word, death ugly and unutterable. People don’t like to talk about it. They won’t even listen to the word death.
“The fear has reasons. The fear arises because it is always somebody else who dies. You always see death from the outside, and death is an experience of the innermost being. It is just like watching love from the outside. You may watch for years, but you will not come to know anything of what love is. You may come to know the manifestations of love, but not love itself. We know the same about death. Just the manifestations on the surface – the breathing has stopped, the heart has stopped, the man as he used to talk and walk is no more there: just a corpse is lying there instead of a living body.

EMPOWER YOURSELF TO LIVE A BETTER LIFE
Whether through material possessions, sensory pleasures, or strong inner experiences, the focus has long been to improve the quality of your life. You may enhance yourself by wearing nice clothes, going to the gym, purchasing the latest gadget, or getting an education. You may feel that these things may allow you to live a better life. All these things, especially getting an education, will allow you to empower yourself. All these things are wonderful, but they are only scratching the surface of what it means to live a better life.
Commercial and societal forces imply that if you wish to improve the quality of your life, you must focus on doing so through external means. While it is good to enhance yourself in these ways, it’s still a limited way to improve the quality of your life.
Everything that life is, is naturally happening to a certain law. If you know what the nature of life within you is, you can completely take charge of the way it happens. If you completely take charge of the way your life happens, would you let any unpleasantness happen to you?
Unpleasantness is happening to you in the form of anger, fear, anxiety and stress, because your basis functions – your body, your mind, your emotions and your life energies – are doing their own thing as if they don’t belong to you. Your mind and body are here to serve are here to serve the life within you. But right now, the life within you is enslaved to your mind and body. This is a complete distortion of the way life should function.
It does not matter who you are. Life does not work for you unless you do the right things. Existence is not judgmental. You area a good person, so even if you don’t water the tree, will it grow? You are a bad person, if you take care of the tree, won’t it grow? Good, bad, all these judgments are essentially human and socially conditioned. Every society has its own idea of what is good and bad, but existence is treating all of us the same way. Whoever is receptive right now gets the bounty of life.
If your experience of life transcends the limitations of the physical, you become available to grace. Suddenly, you function like magic. Other people may think you are magic but you know you are just beginning to become receptive to a different dimension of life. This possibility is wide open to everybody. When it comes to outside realities, all of us are differently capable. What you can do, someone else cannot do, what someone else can do, you cannot do. But when it comes to inner possibilities, every human being is equally capable. You are not any less capable than a Buddha or a Jesus or anybody for that matter. All of us, the same inner capabilities – unfortunately never explored, never accessed.
As there is a technology to create outer wellbeing, there is a whole technology to create inner wellbeing. If you explore this, only if you explore this, you can make yourself the way you want yourself to be. You can determine the nature of your experience and your ultimate destiny.”

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
“Establishing an equal balance between the masculine and the feminine within you is the only way to intellectually and experientially know deeper dimensions of life.
All physical manifestations can only happen between polarities – positive–negative, masculine-feminine, Shiva–Shakti, man–woman. The moment we create a divide between the polarities, judgments about perceived superiority and inferiority between the two arise. Out of these judgments, many layers of confusion, ugliness, and exploitation have occurred. Male and female are just manifestations of either the masculine or the feminine being present in an enhanced way.
If you only nurture the masculine, the crassness of machismo will find expression. If you only nurture the feminine, an excessive sense of decorativeness and emotion will find expression.
In many ways, a woman is like the flower of human species.
Without the root, there is no plant, but without the flower, there is no fulfillment in life. Having the masculine and the feminine in equal proportions in the society is of utmost importance. A root or a plant that cannot flower naturally becomes depressed. If the feminine does not find expression, it will lead to depression. An absolutely masculine mind becomes dark, morbid, and depressed. This is what you see in the world today.Having the masculine and the feminine in equal proportions in the society is of utmost importance. A root or a plant that cannot flower naturally becomes depressed.
